When visit the on line process of Painting Workshop, we discover that the locating place of ladder influences the smooth of material flow. Mr. Zhang indicates that we managers should break the conventional thinking and think about how to reinforce expedite of logistics through changing location of equipments and tools. It is the thinking mode that Lean Production indicates to improve efficiency of the site.       At the end of the visit, Manager Zhang proposes Xinglong Wheels should do continuous improvements on the basis of maintaining the existing effects of lean production project, to make the project work in promoting the enterprise efficiency.
