General Manager Yang Xiaoyu, Vice-general Manager Li Huilin, Director of Product Department Li Shaochang, Director of Technology and Quality Su Yuncheng, Director of Equipment Management Hou Jiansheng, and directors of Hot Work Workshop, Machining Workshop, Painting Workshop and Forging Workshop attend this visit.
 
     Under the leadership of Mr. Yang, the participants make detailed observation and guidance. When examining the final inspection of Painting B Block, Mr. Yang points out that standard operation procedure can’t be pasted only on the lantern support, should be placed at somewhere convenience for the staff to read. In this way the staff could be willing to check repeatedly and to operate and examine as requested, and could ensure product quality effectively. When Mr. Yang discovers that the high-magnetic board can not screen the iron matter out of the aluminum skimmings at the aluminum skimmings collection transport gate of Machining Workshop of Block A, he indicates that the managers should check and improve the result over and over again, adjust in time the problems during the improvement process. We should maximize the effect and try to avoid the movement without benefit. We should persevere in continuous improvement, so as to achieve the goal lean production management. Through the rating of participants, the Packaging Workshop of Product Department acquire the title of “Outstanding Section”, the Painting Workshop acquire the title of “Outstanding Unit”.

      At the end of the visit, Manager Yang proposes that the level of lean production project of Dicastal is improving step by step every month, those departments who do well in this project should show and share their records in time, so that all of the departments could make progress together, and make lean production could authentically promote the company’s benefit.
