In order to improve safety awareness and safety skill of the staff and safety management level of the Group, Sinolion Industry Group hold safety knowledge contest successfully from June 25th and July 3th.
 
    The Contest changes the previous mode that only team members on field could take part and adds a preliminary contest so that all workers at the production line could attend. On June 25th and 26th, the preliminary contest was hold at Large Canteen and Large Training Room. There are 9 contests in total, 2143 person take part, the attendance rate is 98 percent, first past yield is 97 percent.
 
    After filtrate, the final of Safety Knowledge Contest is held on July 3th. Top managers include Vice-general Manager Zhang Dianjie, Vice-general Manager Hou Naixian of Industry Group, General Manager Yang Xiaoyu of Dicastal attend the activity. Chorus, opusculum, three and half, excellent programs put on the stage one after another. The contest is fierce, the audience is enthusiastic. In the end, delegation of Spraying Workshop of Dicastal win the first place, team of Xinglong Huawei and Unite Team of Dicastal win the second and third place. Unite Team of Xinglong Wheels acquire the Prize for the Best Organization.
       
    Through the contest, we clear up the safety knowledge and form a question bank, this will be convenient for inheritance and learning. The contest helps the staff learn the safety knowledge and lay the foundation for safety training pattern in the future. We have a long way to go on safe working, we should see this contest as an opportunity to promote safety management of the Group reach a new step.
